Power Snack Ideas for the Whole Family and Recipe for Banana Sushi!

Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone had a great weekend. Son Number 4 had double-header baseball games in Foxborough Mass and I would be lying if I did not mention how disappointed I was to not bump into The GRONK (Rob Gronkowski) at Dunkin Donuts! Oh well, we have another set of games down there this coming weekend and maybe he will be around. A girl can dream right!!

Last week I blogged about the importance of powering up your snack with the correct balance of protein, carbs and fat and today I would like to share some snacks that fit the formula.
